This is a short video or phone call before beginning counseling.

• You can tell me about the difficulties you are experiencing and your goals.

• You can ask me questions about how I work as a counselor.

• I will explain what counseling with me is like, and how I may be able to help you

• Together, we will decide if working with me feels like a good fit. If not, no problem! I can refer you to some wonderful mental health professionals

This meeting is not a counseling session. It is only for sharing information and deciding if you would like to start counseling.
